Positive Neuroplasticity Training – Taking in the Good
Positive Neuroplasticity Training is a 3-day mindfulness-based training course that combines the latest neuroscientific findings with practical techniques that are easy to implement in everyday life.

Positive neuroplasticity focuses on cultivating favourable states of mind and learning how simple, everyday experiences can be transformed into inner strengths. These strengths include resilience, trust, inner security, compassion, agency, gratitude and the feeling of being loved. Mindfully internalising such psychological resources can help us deal with fear, suffering, depression, anger, frustration, loss and loneliness – and it supports well-being, self-esteem, fulfilling relationships, emotional healing and spiritual practice.
Neuroscientific findings confirm that our experiences, thoughts and feelings influence the structure of our brain. We can consciously use our minds to change our brains and strengthen our psyche. The Positive Neuroplasticity Training developed by Dr Rick Hanson enables you to consciously influence the formation of neural synapses in your brain. The emphasis on the installation phase of learning, i.e. the transformation of temporary states into lasting characteristics, is crucial here.
The training is aimed at people who:
- Want to build inner strengths and resources.
- Want to transform positive mental states into lasting (neural) characteristics.
- Want to alleviate or heal recurring painful experiences by connecting them with complementary, beneficial experiences.
- Want to increase their resilience in order to deal with life’s growing challenges competently and calmly.
- Want to deepen and enrich an existing (spiritual) practice.
„The best way to achieve greater happiness and inner strength is to consciously experience positive experiences. In this way, pleasant feelings can become firmly anchored neural structures. This is exactly what I mean when I talk about absorbing the good: activating positive experiences and anchoring them firmly in the brain.“
— Rick Hanson in the bestseller „Neurodharma“
No prior knowledge is required.
This course is not recommended for people who suffer from severe depression or who are overwhelmed by traumatic memories when they tune into their inner experience.
